In 1963, “Cy” Milo Young and his wife, Miki Young opened the doors to The Young Engineers, Inc. with a vision: to offer competitively priced, quality products that arrived at the customer’s door on time. Although “Cy” passed on some years ago, Miki Young, CEO, continues to take an active role in the company to this day, having overseen tremendous growth since The Young Engineers’ humble beginning.

To Pat Wells, President, the aerospace fastener field is home. He is an active member of many aerospace fastener industry groups, and has worked tirelessly with other manufacturers, OEM’s and the FAA to help shape the industry into the powerhouse that it is today. His background in Mechanical Engineering, along with nearly a quarter century of experience in the aerospace fastener industry, has placed him in an excellent position to oversee all company operations. Motivated by Cy and Miki Young's philosophy of impeccable service and technical excellence, he has helped make The Young Engineers the well-respected company it is today.

David Eshleman, Quality Assurance Manager, has over forty-five years experience in the Quality Assurance and inspection fields. By focusing on the needs of his customers and that of the industry, coupled with his vast experience, he has assembled a Quality Management System in concert with state-of-the-art inspection techniques that are unique within the industry. He and his staff are committed to supply you a world class product that will exceed the demanding requirements of our customers and that of the industry.

Sam Frias, Engineering Manager, helps keep The Young Engineers technically up-to-date and competitive. Whether he is leading a product development team or working to improve existing product lines, he is always acting with an eye toward product perfection. He and his staff utilize some of the most technologically advanced computer-aided design and structural analysis software available, along with testing equipment to verify design concepts.

Terry Litwinski, Inside Sales Manager, has twenty plus years experience in customer "satisfaction". She understands the dynamics and competitive nature of the aerospace industry and is dedicated to exceeding our customer's expectations. She and her staff are focused on providing "world class" service in a professional and efficient fashion.

David Owen, Vice President - Manufacturing, knows that meeting the demands of the industry requires utilizing the best equipment and most qualified technicians available. To this end, he has assembled an impressive array of state-of-the-art equipment, and has trained personnel to operate the machinery at its peak efficiency. His thirty-plus years in the manufacturing arena have prepared him to accept the challenges of manufacturing fasteners to the demanding requirements of the world's aircraft and aerospace manufacturers.

John Pumphrey, National Sales Manager, has nearly thirty years experience in the Aerospace Fastener Industry. Most of this has been spent in field sales, although he has been involved in both the quality and manufacturing arenas. This experience gives him a better ability to talk to customers and "listen" to their needs.
